I hope everyone had a great weekend!
EOG testing for our fifth grade students starts on Friday with the Science test.

Friday, May 26 - Science (5th only)
Wednesday, May 31 - Reading

School Improvement Team Election
We have four parent seats opening up for the 2023-2024 school year. The SIT is the governing body of the school and positions are elected. The team meets once a month in the evening from 5:30-6:30. The time commitment on this team is minimal beyond the monthly meetings. As a member of the team you will learn a great deal about the inner workings of our school and programs and become a part of the decision making process in terms of budgeting and programming. An electronic ballot will be sent out before the end of the school year. Our first meeting will be held in early August.

Fifth Grade Graduation
The fifth grade gradation will take place on Thursday, June 8th at 8:30 AM. We have enough seating in the gym for each student to bring two guests. Tickets will go home with students on June 7th. We will have overflow seating available in the cafeteria for additional family members who wish to attend but seating in the gym is limited to two family members.

We are so excited to have volunteers back in the building! Your child's classroom teacher will inform you of volunteer opportunities. In order to serve as a volunteer you must complete the registration form and background check. Please view the links below for more information.
