Chess Club
The Health Professions chess team recently participated in the 2023 National HS Chess Championships in Washington DC, which is the largest event to date with over 1,700 students participating. Our students demonstrated their exceptional skills and knowledge in the game, playing 21 hours of chess over 3 days. Despite facing formidable opponents and finishing in 20th place, the team remains optimistic and energized to enhance their abilities for upcoming competitions. They are appreciative of the experience and chance to represent their campus and are enthusiastic about achieving even greater accomplishments in the future.
