JANUARY 2023
Happy New Year!
We hope that everyone had a restful and relaxing winter break! We were so excited to welcome everyone back this morning. A new year is a fresh start and has the benefit of reflecting on our individual strengths, hopes, and goals. Our students will be granted another new start at the end of the month with a new semester.
The next few weeks are our final push for first semester, as final exams will take place at the end of the January. In order to help students prepare and accomplish work, we will be bringing back our study hall time. Starting January 10th, every Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-3 PM, our students are invited to Study Hall where they can get work done, collaborate with peers, study, ask questions, and more! The location and supervising staff will change and be updated on the morning announcements.
This month has a number of opportunities for our students from Robotics Competition, SkillsUSA activities, and our first dance of the year! This month will go quickly and we hope all of our students can focus on enjoying these experiences and kicking off 2023 in a positive light!
I hope this new year brings you all what you hope for; we will be here helping make it the best for our students!
Warm Regards,
Katie Louie
