Student Achievement

Madelyn in Miss Lisa's Pre-K PM class is working on her counting as she counts her cheerios!

Zoey in Miss Lisa's Pre-K PM class is working hard on the letter Aa!

Ms. McCreesh read her students the book Giraffes Can't Dance and then they did a directed drawing of Gerald the Giraffe.

Mrs. Ebert's first graders used Mystery Science at home to learn about rainbows and light refraction. Their smiles are as bright as their rainbows!

VIRTUAL LEARNING

As we go through the school shut down to protect our staff and students we asked our staff and parents to send us pictures of the comfy, creative and fun ways they are learning from home! We have to admit, we LOVE seeing the hard work and dedication to academics that our Slaybaugh family is portraying in such a crazy time! Take a look at how everyone is learning!!

Mrs. Corea, Mrs. Trinkle and Mrs. Ungerer's 2nd graders had a zoom meeting! Everyone was excited to see each other and look forward to many more meetings!

Mrs. Sawyer's 3rd grade class is working hard at their work and doing their best to keep in touch with eachother.

Community Pride

Ms. Ginger and Ms. Derbyshire, our Slaybaugh Nurses would like to give a shout out to KiKi and Logan for losing their teeth!!

Mrs. Huba's 2nd graders wore purple for Epilepsy in support of one of their fellow students and those worldwide. The students are posting them in their Google Classroom!

Check out what Catherine in Mrs. Guerra's class is doing for our community! She's working hard with her family to make masks for our local hospital!
