ELC at George Earle Weekly Update

Can you believe we are halfway through kindergarten already? With parent/teacher conferences coming up- We wanted to take this time to revisit what our Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 goals are as well as introduce you to what Quarter 3 will look like.

Are germs gross, or great? Sick Simon learns how to be health-conscious during cold and flu season in this clever picture book from the author-illustrator of The Great Lollipop Caper.

Simon is going to have the best week ever. Who cares if he has a cold? He goes to school anyway, and sneezes everywhere, and coughs on everyone, and touches everything.

Germs call him a hero! Everyone else calls him Sick Simon. When will it end? How far will he go? Will the germs take over, or can Sick Simon learn to change his ways?

There is no need to call the office when calling your child off of school due to illness. Follow the simple steps below to have your child marked absent. If we have any questions, we will get ahold of you. Thanks so much!

Winter is here, so please be sure to dress your children for the weather. We will continue to have outdoor recess as much as possible, but students will not be able to go out if they are not properly dressed for the weather.
