Julie Ramirez Lopez
Hello. My name is Julie Ramirez Lopez. It's my first year at Legacy and I have learned so much about Business Development, Accounting and so much more. I’m very excited to be part of Legacy’s amazing family and to be part of the first graduating class of 2024. My plans after high school are to attend Santa Ana College for 2 years to get the associate in art in child development degree, get a certificate of achievement in Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preschool associate teacher, and then transfer to Cal State Fullerton to get the Education, Elementary Curriculum and Instruction Concentration, Early Childhood Education Emphasis, M.S Degree and get the education, Bilingual/ Bicultural Education Concentration M.S Degree. During my college years, I would like to do some internship years in Mexico and do some study/ research there to learn more about preschools that focus on Spanish-based learning. In college, I plan to major in Early Childhood education. I’m hoping to get an Education, Elementary Curriculum and Instruction Concentration, Early Childhood Education Emphasis, M.S Degree and get the Bilingual/ Bicultural Education Concentration M.S Degree. From Leacy I will be taking forward the knowledge on how to build your own business and how to properly run it. If it wasn’t for Legacy Magnet Academy, I would be here with the greatest knowledge and the help of the final understanding that I can and will be able to make my career dreams come true. I will always be grateful to the Legacy teachers and staff for helping me grow with the best knowledge of Business and about how to be a better version of myself. I would say that I feel confident in the future ahead of me because I feel like I have a nice solid plan of what I'm going to want to do and study, and If I follow it thoroughly I will then know that things will be okay. 10 years from now, I hope that I will already be a graduate college student with many degrees and certificates and maybe already be starting the process of becoming a bilingual preschool teacher with her own little school business.
Peter Tan
Hey, I’m Peter Tan and I plan on majoring in Computer Science at UCI. I hope to take a lot of knowledge with me from Legacy. I plan on working for or starting my own start-up software company.
Kevin Underhill
After high school, I aim to join South Korea's "One Million Dance Studio," where I can be part of the team, learn new dances, and enhance my skills as a choreographer. This dream has been with me since I grew into Korean culture and language as a kid. My desired college is Biola University, conveniently located near my home, allowing me to stay connected with my church and spend quality time with my family. While pursuing a major in worship arts, focusing on the study of music in biblical knowledge, I plan to go abroad to South Korea and engage with the dance studio. This educational journey will not only help me build valuable connections but also strengthen my faith, providing opportunities to play for church services, conferences, and more. I am confident about my future and prioritize taking care of my family. Striking a balance between work and personal life is crucial to me, ensuring a fulfilling and joyful existence. In a decade, I envision myself maintaining the harmony between my two worlds, continuing to grow while never letting one overpower the other. This balanced approach allows me to focus on the present moment, improve my skills, and embrace a prosperous future. (시편 150:4)
