Missouri is partnering with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library to provide free books for children. All Missouri children from birth to age five can register for a free book to be delivered to their home each month. Parents can sign up by going to http://imaginationlibrary.com. Children under age 5 will receive a free book each month at no cost!
The three-year terms of board members Courtney Graves and Terry Tyson will expire in April 2024. Ferguson-Florissant residents interested in running for the Board of Education election will need to file for candidacy in person at the Ferguson-Florissant School District Administration Center, 8855 Dunn Road, Hazelwood, MO 63042.
From Dec. 5 – 20, 2023, the office will be open from 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., and from Dec. 21 through Dec. 26, 2023, filing will be by appointment only, except for Dec. 25. Attendance Matters! Student success starts with good attendance and is the responsibility of the student, family and school. School attendance is one of the most reliable predictors of student success. Students who attend school regularly have a better chance of building a strong foundation as they move from kindergarten to high school.
