Hello, All.We had a little miscommunication about the Pre-K Cross Country procedures. Pre-K students are welcome to participate in the CYO Cross Country program, however they MUST be signed out by a parent or an adult to whom the parent has given permission. Older brothers and sisters MAY NOT sign for a Pre-K student. This is a requirement of the Department of Early Learning. If the parent signs the student out, they must remain with the child at practice. If the parent has given permission for another parent to sign their student out, that parent is responsible for the child throughout the practice and until they are picked up or checked in to Extended Care (by the adult). If you will be giving permission for another adult to check your Pre-K student out and remain with them at practice, please send an email to the office or drop a note by the office, so that we are aware of the agreement. Thank you for your understanding. Coach Pickles and the other coaches cannot be responsible for checking out Pre-K students. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy.
