Weekly Update
November 13th- November 17th, 2023
We have so much to be thankful for...
Elementary Update:
Thank-you for prioritizing parent-teacher conferences. We know this is a busy time and it was great to see so many families in and out of the building. Big thanks to those that made time for phone calls and virtual conferences too. We are really working to improve communication between home and school!
Elementary students grades 2-5 (and some 1st graders) have completed their haunted house projects in Google Slides in computer classes. These feature creepy characters that were animated by each student as well as transitions between each slide. Check them out in their Google Classrooms!

The 3rd grade class this week was over the top, nice, kind and filled with gratitude.
5th and 6th grade are exceptionally enjoyable to be with.
4th graders are incredibly hard workers.
The kindergarten class is amazing at following directions.
The first graders have so much to share.
The second graders put in so much effort and are always ready to work!
They all make teaching fun!
Or does art make learning easy?

- The way the snow sparkles when it's on the trees
- the feel of their rod bending when a fish is on the line
- when people say "good morning"
- The "I" in "I love you"
- the smell of clean clothes when they come out of the dryer
- winter because the deer move more in the cold
- grandma's cream cheese pie
