Back-to-School Night Presentation

We had a fantastic turnout on Tuesday at our Back-to-School Night. Our continued partnership as a school community is a primary factor that helps lead to our students’ success. Safety Week

Next week is Barrington 220’s Safety Week. Each day, we will be reviewing a different safety topic on morning announcements. The schedule is below.

9/21 - Law Enforcement (Lockdown Drill)
9/22 - Fire Drill
9/23 - Bus Safety (Bus Evacuation Drill)

Hough Choir

Hough Choir will be open to all 4th and 5th-grade students this fall! If your student is interested in joining, please fill out this form. The first rehearsal will be on Thursday, October 13th at 2:45 pm in the music/art room. Ms. Popovich will be sending out more information to 4th and 5th-grade parents. We are always excited to welcome new students to Hough!

Student iPad Swap Coming Up!

On September 19, Hough students’ iPads will be given a refresh!

All 1st thru 5th-grade students’ devices will be swapped for a new 9th Generation iPad; along with a new Logitech Crayon, and a new charging block and cable.

It’s extra important that students bring their current iPads and all of their accessories: case, Logitech Crayon, charging brick, and cable on the day of our Swap.

*Kindergarten will NOT participate. They were issued Gen 9 iPads during the first week of school.*

**First grade will not be required to turn in a Logitech crayon, because they did not receive one last year.**
