The timeframe for paying for the chromebook insurance has closed for all students enrolled the first day of school.

If a student enrolled after the first day of school, you have 30 days from enrollment to pay for the Chromebook insurance.

If during the enrollment update process you indicated that you did not want insurance, but have since changed your mind, please do the following:

• write an email to changemyrequest@katyisd.org
• Include the student's name and ID#
• Indicate you do want insurance

Once the district has received your email, they will make the change and put the required fee on Pay N' Go. You will receive an email indicating that the charge is ready. Make sure to pay as soon as possible, because 30 days after enrollment, payment can no longer be accepted and changes cannot be made.

If you cannot locate a library book or if the book is damaged, you can pay using Pay 'N Go. Here is a short video showing you how to do this if you are not familiar with this system.

Please contact the library for the titles and the prices for the replacement of lost or damaged books: 281-237-2016.

In alignment with Board policy EFB Local - Library Materials the District emails all parents/guardians on file each time their student checks out a library book. Parents may opt-out of these notifications by accessing the KISD Parent Option Portal in MyKaty cloud. All Katy ISD students must wear their IDs throughout the day. If your child loses their ID or bus tag, you will have to pay for the replacement on Pay 'N Go. The costs are $1 for a replacement ID or Bus tag, $1 for a replacement generic lanyard, and $1 for a plastic sleeve for the ID. I will post the link to Pay 'N Go so that you can pay.
