School Grounds Enhancement
🥬 JDP Garden Club: Next meeting Thursday, October 30th.
We dug up some red potatoes!
Currently Growing: 2 types of lettuce, dill, oregano, basil, pineapples, bananas and a few varieties of tomatoes. Mrs. Glenn & Mrs. Jackson's classes have also been digging in the dirt!

Our first Road Adoption Cleanup with Keeping Martin Beautiful is in the books. We had 4 volunteers walk up and down Palm Beach Road to pick up litter and debris.
Next Road Cleanup will be held in February. Stay tuned for date.
School Sustainability
♻️ Recycling Club: Next meeting Friday, December 8th.
UnWrap the Waves: We wrapped up the collection on Friday, November 10th with a grand total of 12, 000 wrappers! Thank you to all the students, families and co-workers that donated to the cause.
*LMC’s Unwrap the Waves is a seasonal sustainability initiative in which we encourage students and community members to help reduce their holiday waste.
Ongoing initiatives:
FUNraising clothing/textile recycling bin (located in the back of the carline parking lot) This is NOT a donation bin.
Plastic Grocery Bag Recycling in partnership with Publix. (#2 or #4 recycling symbol only) Room #126
