Weather permitting, this will be an exciting and fun outdoor event in early fall. (Perfect weather is anticipated!)
Goals of the event: The event will create a venue to promote wellness and share community resources to assist in wellness achievement in one stop for families and community members. This large fun event will allow community agencies and businesses an expansive reach in one venue reducing expense and weariness of multiple small events. Our goal is the event will also strengthen community ties and common ground.
We are inviting you to provide information about your services/agency/business that fall in one or more of the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. Information can include services, volunteer needs and employment needs. Please make printed information available in English and Spanish if possible.
Food trucks, demonstrations, free screenings, and raffles are also planned. There will be something of interest to everyone.
Vendors are encouraged to bring their own interactive activities, giveaways, attractions (i.e. bounce-arounds, snow cone machines, etc.), games, or other forms of entertainment for their booth and are welcome to provide free screenings. Additionally, if your organization is able, we ask that you sign up to provide an identified raffle item. The sign-up list for these items is attached to the event registration form.
Please complete the registration form as soon as possible and no later than Aug 15, 2023 if you plan to participate.
