Important Notes for the Week of December 5, 2022

Park Hall families,


The PTA Holiday shop is open this week. Families should fill out the envelope sent home with the names of family members they are purchasing for and the amount they are to spend on each person. This will help the volunteers be sure the money is used how it was intended. Thank you to the PTA for this opportunity!


School attendance has a significant impact on a student's academic success. If a student is absent 15 days or more, we may request a meeting and develop a school-based attendance plan. This plan could include consideration of retention/repeating a grade.


We are encouraging all families to sign-up and regularly check in on the Schoology website and/or app. This gives information on attendance, information from the teachers, and for grades 3-5 assignments. For information on how to do this, click here.


If you need to change how your child is getting home, families must let the office and teacher know prior to 2:45.

      • PTA Movie Night "The Grinch" (2018) *ALL STUDENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT FOR THE ENTIRE MOVIE***
      Acceptable Use Policy - Required for all students
      All students must fill out this online form in order to be able to use technology.
      Home Access Center
      The Home Access Center will be open by August 19th. Families can see their child's assigned teacher. If you forgot your login information, please contact the main office.
      Register to Become a Volunteer
      If you are interested in volunteering, chaperoning on a field trip, or helping out with field day, you must register to be a volunteer. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST REAPPLY EACH YEAR!

      Schoology is the online learning platform that supports instruction. Log in and get started!
      You can learn more about Schoology on our Schoology Google site. Schoology is accessed via CLEVER.
