Open House Sept 22nd
Open house will take place from 6:30-7:30 throughout the entire building at JRB. We will have classrooms open for your child to show you around the room, plus there will be Specials Teachers in the back lobby and a variety of school and community groups to see in the cafeteria. Parking is always snug, but please feel free to park along the right side of the entrance road, the right side of the back driveway, and on the south side of Williams Road (thats the side along the field).
Don't forget about the literacy presentation at 6:00 pm in the library prior to the open house (more info below).

From The Nurse's Office
Welcome back to school!
All Things Medical You Need to Know from the Nurse!
Food Allergies & Medication
All dietary restrictions need to be emailed directly to Chartwells Food Services Director Dennis Mueller at dmueller@awrsd.org on an annual basis before the first day of school.
Students entering K, 3, 6 and 9 are required to submit a current physical exam prior to the beginning of the school year. Any medical changes should be submitted to your school nurse on an as needed basis.
All emergency, daily and as needed medication must have a yearly Physician’s Order, Legal Guardian Consent Form, and Labeled Medication with the label matching the information on the Physician’s Order before it can be administered. Please ensure your school nurse has all emergency medication before your child starts school.
Absences & Illness
Please call/email the JRB main office if your child is absent from school, and a reason why they are absent. If your child has a fever of 100 degrees or more, they must be fever free for at least 24 hours, without the help of a fever-reducing medication, prior to returning to school.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me, ashea@awrsd.org .
