We have been planning for summer learning and next year. Here's a few reminders as we close out this year.
WILLOW DEVICE RETURN DETAILS- please use Door I (in back by the gym)
In-Person Students
Students will return their iPads on June 2nd (June 1st for PreK students) during their school hours. Students will be brought down in small groups to return their device. Devices will be checked in to the library software, and your student will receive documentation that the device has been received. Your device will be inspected for damage (cracked screen, water damage, audio jacks, etc.). If the device is damaged, a claim will be filed with One2One Risk, and the parent/guardian will be notified via email.
Your student will need to bring the following to Willow School on June 2nd for device return:
- iPad
- Charging brick
- Charging cord
Before returning your device, please be sure to:
- Clean your student's device with a damp cloth or damp bleach-free disinfecting wipe. (https://youtu.be/e5OCTx5PedA.)
- Charge your device so we can determine if the device is functioning properly at check-in.
- Check to make sure your device does not have any physical damage. If there is physical damage, please click here to fill out a Parent Tech Ticket prior to device return.
Remote Students
Families will return their iPads to Willow School on June 3rd from 12:00-3:00 PM, or on June 4th from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. There will be stations set up for cleaning, checking for physical damage, and scanning the device into the library software. Upon return, we will provide documentation that the device has been received. Your device will be inspected for damage (cracked screen, water damage, audio jacks, etc.). PARENT INPUT:
If you are submitting a letter for your student for next year, please have it ether emailed or dropped off by June 1st. Since all of the staff are amazing, we do not accept requests for specific teachers. Please call the office with any questions.
REGISTRATION:
Please get your wildcat registered as soon as possible. Watch for a conformation that it has been successfully completed inline. If you don't get a conformation, please contact the Registration Hotline: 708-647-2310
