This is a reminder that Infants & Toddlers is part of Harford County Public Schools and follows the HCPS schedule. Changes to the schedule -- delays, early dismissals or closings -- can be found on local news, the HCPS website and on social media. Let's Talk Transition!
There is still time to register for the upcoming discussion Let's Talk Transition! This program is for Infants & Toddlers parents and caregivers who have children that will be transitioning out of I&T and to Preschool Programs. Learn about what transition looks like, the timeframe, and what happens after transition. You will have an opportunity to have your questions answered at the end of the presentation. This is a virtual program.

Upcoming Events
Bedtime in a Box is a virtual program scheduled for Tuesday, March 14 at 7 PM and will provide parents with the tools to create a bedtime routine. Kim Mayforth, Infants and Toddlers Teacher Specialist, will discuss the importance of bedtime routines, focusing on comfort and learning. Participants will receive an age-appropriate Bedtime in a Box kit. Registration will open in February.
Playgroups
If you are interested in Playgroup, please join the distribution list by clicking here. A weekly registration link will be sent to those on the distribution list.
Spotlight: Harford County Public Library
Here are some highlights:
- Baby Masterpieces - Create beautiful pictures using your baby's tiny hands and feet at the Bel Air and Fallston branches
- Preschool Music and Movement - Explore music and movement through stories, songs and play at the Bel Air and Joppa branches
- Parachute Play - Enjoy fun around the parachute with songs, dances and games at the Joppa branch
- Sensory Storytime -- A multi-sensory story times for all abilities are offered monthly at both the Bel Air and Abingdon branches

Resource: 2-1-1 Maryland
2-1-1 Maryland is a resource that brings together four agencies to provide simple access to health and human services information. What can they help with? Affordable housing, food, employment training, utility payment assistance, services for their children or aging parents, and many other issues. The 2-1-1 database has information on nearly 5,000 agencies and programs across the state of Maryland.
Help is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Just call 2-1-1.
