Principal's Message
I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving break. We have lots of learning to do, with only three weeks together before our next break. Tomorrow our students will participate in their second session of Soul Shoppe character education.
We are having a book swap!
Beginning on Monday, December 5th students may bring used books (in good condition) that are no longer wanted to the library. For each book turned in, the student will receive one ticket to use toward a "new" book that another student has donated. The book swap will take place during library times the week of December 12-16.
Attention 5th Grade Parents
Mr. Scott, the principal at Tice Creek, would like to invite any 5th grade parents who would like to know more about the Tice Creek 6-8 program to an informational meeting on December 6th at 6pm. Please see the informational flyer below.
Thank you,
Monifa

Festival of Lights!
The third annual Festival of Lights and Hot Cocoa Giveaway is almost here! This is a beloved evening in which families sign up to show off their twinkly lights, blow-ups, and all the other fun seasonal decor and the Murwood community takes a driving tour to enjoy the displays.
To feature your home, please sign up via this form by December 5th.
And mark your calendars for December 8th. Drop by Murwood between 5pm-6pm to grab a delicious cup of hot cocoa and a tour map. Then drive around the town checking out all the lights of the season. (Maps will also be emailed out.)
