Volunteer with Camp Smile as a Camp Counselor
My name is Megan Mueller, Schroeder 2020 alum, and I am reaching out to you as a representative of Camp Smile.
Camp Smile is a summer day camp for children aged 5-18 that have visual impairments/blindness and often have additional disabilities. Our camp is located at the Webster Kiwanis Lodge and is supported through the Webster Lions Club.
All campers attend camp at no charge and receive 1-on-1 support daily from a volunteering counselor.
Our organization relies heavily on local high school students who are 13 years or older, responsible, and passionate about helping others.
