Support Madison's Explore More Day!
We have lots of ways to support this year's Explore More Day for all of the grades (K-5) to make the day an outstanding one for students!
1. Sponsor a class! If you would like to support by paying for a vendor and/or supplies, prices range from $100 - $500+. Examples of sponsorship opportunities include: a live animal presentation, magic class, painting instructor, music class, the beta fish for the fifth grade symbiosis class, a K/1 experience, or whatever class is of most interest to you! If sponsoring a class is something you are able to do in or would like to learn more about, please email emd@madisonschool.pta.org.
2. Purchase one or more items on the Amazon wish list! There are many supplies to chose from that are used for the various classes that day. Your contributions are most appreciated! Please look out for the wish list coming soon.
3. Volunteer! There are opportunities to volunteer in the morning, afternoon, or all day on May 19 as well as some opportunities before the actual day. More specific volunteer information will be coming soon, but if you know you would like to volunteer, please email emd@madisonschoolpta.org
As always, the Explore More Day committee appreciates your support!
Go Green Club Needs Your Help
Madison's Go Green Club has been busy getting ready for Earth Day and could use your help on some upcoming projects.
First, we are looking to collect newspapers for weed control in the butterfly garden - and we need a lot!
Also, are there any gardeners who would be interested in beautifying and weeding the courtyard?
Any help is appreciated and we're open and flexible on timing. Please reach out to Lisa Thomas if you have newspapers and/or are interested in volunteering.
THANKS!
