Donate to our COVID RECOVERY Efforts!
After the excitement of our first couple of months back in school, students, staff, and families have begun to settle into our new routines and rebuild the in-person relationships that we missed so much. We are well into the 2021-22 school year and we have been able to get back into most of our usual EHS school life, while keeping our school communities healthy with minimal disruptions. The classroom is a better place when your child is in-person and at school. The past two years have been...well, let's say- challenging-- for learning. As our students heal from the pandemic, we want to make sure they are better prepared for the next step in life, whether it’s college or career.
Help us get back to how EHS works best by donating to our COVID RECOVERY EFFORT. Donations will go toward our loss of learning efforts including the costs that go into earning graduation credits: student and teacher supplies, extra help in subject areas, local tutoring costs, paid stipends for adults to tutor, and extra counseling needs.

Thank you for all your support during the past two years! GO WILDCATS!
Take the Minnesota Safe Learning Survey
The University of Minnesota and Minnesota Department of Education are inviting students in grades 6-12, families and educators to share their experiences with school over the past year. The Minnesota Safe Learning Survey, which was also administered in February and May 2021, is being given this last time to provide a picture of the landscape in education across Minnesota. Districts will receive local information to compare with statewide data. The survey closes November 24. Take the Minnesota Safe Learning Survey.

Freshman Retreat
On Tuesday, December 14, 2021 we invite all 9th grade students to attend the Freshman “Respect” Retreat. The goal of this retreat is to build a unified class, where students will work together to examine the issues of self-respect, respecting others and standing up for the value of respect. This retreat will give students an opportunity to build relationships with students that they may not otherwise meet.
Please register via myPaymentsplus for this retreat: https://ehs.district196.org/families
The cost is $25.00. Students receiving free lunch will automatically receive a scholarship when checking out.
Please contact the Counseling Office with any questions. Thank you!
