Notes for this week:
- Everyone, including 6th graders, brings instruments on Monday! Make sure your name is visible on your case. Students have morning procedures for instrument drop off on green paper in their band binders. (They leave the instrument in the band room all day)
- Students may purchase or reserve Band Spirit Wear on Tuesday morning beginning at 7:45 in the band hallway. Payment can be made that morning or brought on Wednesday or Thursday. If payment is not received by Thursday, the shirts will go back into inventory. Prices are: $15 for Tshirt; $30 for sweatshirt. Checks made to MMS Bands.
- Spirit Night at Houni's on Tuesday!!
- Big Band Parent Meeting Thursday, 6:00 PM, MMS Cafeteria (it is definitely Thursday, not Tuesday)

Monday August 14

Tuesday
AM - Open Practice for 7th and 8th graders practicing for Wind Ensemble auditions
AM - Students may reserve or pay for Spirit Wear (see notes above for details)
PM - Spirit Night at Hounis on Woodruff Rd!
Wednesday
AM - Open Practice for 7th and 8th graders practicing for Wind Ensemble auditions
Thursday
AM - Open Practice for 7th and 8th graders practicing for Wind Ensemble auditions
PM - Big Band PARENT meeting 6:00, MMS Cafeteria!!
Friday
AM - Open Practice for 7th and 8th graders practicing for Wind Ensemble auditions
PM - All Instruments go home on Fridays! (Try to practice!! :-) )
