BHS and BTEC Weekly News

Meet our BHS Office Staff
Attendance/Guidance Counseling Office Administrative Assistant Kelly Ruesing
Mrs. Kelly Ruesing is new to the BHS attendance office this year. She is there to check students in and out, answer emails and phone calls regarding attendance, and other duties that pertain to the attendance and guidance office. (She is so new that she doesn't have a school photo yet.)
Welcome, Mrs. Ruesing!
Main Office Administrative Assistant Crystal Linneman
If you call in about matters other than counseling/guidance or attendance, you are likely to speak with Mrs. Crystal Linneman. She is happy to answer questions and is the friendly face you see when you enter BHS.
BTEC Office Adminstrative Assistant Casey Ivy
Mrs. Casey Ivy fills the role of BTEC Office Administrative Assistant and may be the first face or voice that you see if you visit or call BTEC. She is here to answer questions from families or direct people to the right place if they need information on BTEC classes, programs, or student organizations.
Activities and Athletics Office Administrative Assistant Heather Duncan
Mrs. Heather Duncan is involved with logistics and management of our activities and athletics alongside Director Gary Baker. She handles administrative paperwork, such as processing physical forms, printing programs, and managing scheduling software, and various other tasks for Pirates student participants and our programs.
Although all of our Administrative Assistants have different roles in each building, they are a team and are happy to help Pirate families navigate various situations and answer questions however they can. We especially appreciate their teamwork during the Infinite Campus rollout for student data, and appreciate the patience and kindness of Pirate families as we integrate new software into our daily routines.
