2022 Friends of Education
Each year, the Clayton Ridge staff nominates a person or business who makes a difference in our district for American Education Week. The staff then votes on the submitted nominations to select a Friend of Education. This year, a nomination was received for two retired Clayton Ridge teachers, reading, "Rondee Troester and Diane Bockenstedt have both done multiple long-term sub placements. They help out all the time in various subbing roles. They truly care about kids and the district." While it isn't traditional to have two Friends of Education, the staff voted to elect both Diane Bockenstedt and Rondee Troester. The Clayton Ridge Education Association held a reception in their honor on Wednesday, November 16.
