Important Information
We will have a scholarship fair for the Class of 2024 on January 19th in the MHS Library. This will take place during all lunches and Bulldog Block periods. Seniors will have an opportunity to pick up scholarship applications and/or gain more information about the scholarships that they qualify for as they prepare for their educational opportunities after graduation.
The College & Career office is hosting an informational meeting for Freshman, Sophomore and Junior parents that are interested in learning more about Dual Credit and Advanced Academic opportunities at MHS. The meeting will cover Advanced Placement, Dual Credit and the IB program and will be held in the MHS Library on Tuesday, January 23rd beginning at 6pm.
Student Council
Student Council is sponsoring a Backpack & More Drive. We have current students at MHS in need of the following items. All collected items will stay with our campus and will be distributed through a program in collaboration with our counseling office. All items can be brought to room 1419.

Honor Your Teacher
Student Delivery Reminder
MHS will NOT accept any Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. deliveries for students. Deliveries of this kind will be turned away. MHS will not reimburse any charges incurred.
Dress Code Reminders
The MISD dress/grooming code (see pg. 40-42) will be followed and enforced

Common Dress Code Violations
Hair Color: Hair will be of a natural color
Shoes: “Shoes must be designed to be primarily worn outside the home and must not be house shoes or slippers.”
Accessories: (see pg. 42)
Students will “have no visible body piercings other than earrings. Prohibited body piercings include, but are not limited to, nose rings or facial piercings.”
“Hats may not be worn in the building.”
