Is Your Child Going Into First Grade?
A Virtual Meeting for Parents who have children entering First Grade in September
We will be hosting a Zoom meeting to discuss the transition from Kindergarten to First Grade. Parents are welcome to join the meeting via Zoom, but it will also be recorded and sent out afterward as well. Feel free to send any questions that you want to be addressed ahead of time to the Family Connections Liaison, Dolores Sanford (contact information below).

For instance, teenagers who spend more than seven hours daily on screens, which is below average, are twice as likely to develop depression or anxiety than those who spend just an hour. Additionally, research indicates that excessive screen time, especially when consuming passive media, can lead to weaker academic performance.
