Google Drive "Workspaces"
Do you find yourself opening the same documents from Drive each day? Google wants to help you work smarter by creating a specialized space just for this purpose. In Google Drive, this is through the new customizable “Workspaces.”
Located in the Priority page from the left-hand navigation panel in Drive, “Workspaces” works by automatically grouping together files that you often open in tandem. Machine Learning is leveraged to intelligently list related documents, like files for weekly meetings and active projects.
Google will suggest Workspaces, and you are able to manually add files by right-clicking to access “Add to Workspace.” You can also easily create your own groupings.

Windows 7 is dead, long live Windows 7!
Are you one of the estimated 200 million PC users still running Windows 7 at home? If you don't know, Windows 7 officially reached End of Life (EOL) on January 14, 2020. What does this mean? While your computer will continue to work, it will no longer receive security updates or fixes from Microsoft.
To put it simply, if there are any issues with Windows 7, Microsoft will not be fixing them. By not upgrading to Windows 10 you will be putting yourself (and your data) at risk. With Windows 7 left out in the cold, it will become a target for hackers and cybercriminals.
So what can you do? Upgrade to Windows 10 ASAP. Here is a link to assist: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/can-i-still-download-windows-10-free-yes-heres-how/
Defending Against Ransomware Is a Team Effort
In order to penetrate an organization, attackers only need one point of entry from which to launch additional attacks and spread throughout the network. Most ransomware attacks are caused by employee error, such as falling for a phishing email or using poor authentication measures.
As many of you know, I sent out a phishing test recently where over 30% (50+) of you failed. Had this been a real attack, we would have fallen prey to hackers.
In a recent interview Andrew Brandt, principal researcher at Sophos stated that “IT security, in particular, depends on, basically, everyone in the company is on the front lines,” he said. “And they need people to be their eyes and ears.”
I need you all to be aware of the potential risks when you don't "Think before you click".
