Better Together

Dear Wiggin Street Families,

This short week was filled with more holiday fun! The older students enjoyed watching the Kindergarten Gingerbread Man Play dress rehearsal so much that we had a sing along at the end. We ended the week with a 2 hour delay, pajamas, and holiday parties.

Our Wiggin Street Family wishes you all a healthy and happy holiday break, and we look forward to seeing our students when they return on January 4th!

Gingerbread Man Play

Wiggin Street Kindergarten put on their 15th Gingerbread Man Play last night. The students designed their own set based on their research. They also played a variety of characters from the many versions of the story. They did an amazing job, and Santa even paid a visit!

Winter Weather

Please remember that students will go outside on days where the temperature with wind chill accounted for is 20°f and above. Be sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather each day. Coats, hats, and gloves are necessary at this time of the year. Boots are required for playing in the snow. If you need assistance with winter outerwear for your child, please contact our school, and we will happily find warm clothes for them.

Outback Ray Coming January 19th!

This quarter's PBIS Reward Event will be an assembly with Outback Ray. The event is the afternoon of January 19th, and students need 50 PBIS points to attend. We hope all students can attend!

Idle-free Zone

For pick up, please do not arrive until 3:30. There is no stopping, standing, or parking on E. Brooklyn St. allowed. Also, please reminder that our school is an Idle-free Zone. Protect our children and the community by turning off your engine.
