Windermere Weekly Update
November 13 - November 17
Thanksgiving Pie Donations
Help the PTO continue this yearly tradition. Please drop off a store bought pie to the front office Wednesday (all day), Thursday (all day) or Friday (before 9AM).
PTO will then take these pies and hand them out to teachers and staff on Friday. It's something everyone very much looks forward to and appreciates!
Book Fair: 11/13 - 11/17
Get ready! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming our way (YAY!). Choosing their own books empowers kids and inspires them on their journey to becoming lifelong readers. AND—as always—every purchase at the Fair benefits our school.
Here’s what you need to know about the big event, which will take place from November 10-November 17 in our WES Library. See library website here for specific times for shopping.
Say goodbye to cash and hello to eWallet—your child’s digital payment account. Before the Fair, set up eWallet for worry-free, cash-free purchases. Anyone can contribute! Share each child’s eWallet so friends and family can add funds and give your kids more books to enjoy.
If you can’t make it to the Fair, then shop at our school’s Book Fair online. All orders ship directly to your home, and shipping is free for book orders over $25. Every online purchase will also benefit our school.
Visit our Book Fair homepage to learn more and get started with eWallet and online shopping:

We will be open until 4:30PM on Wednesday for any parents to come and shop!

Mostly, anything that's shelf-stable will work, but here are some ideas for what to purchase:
Sodas, LaCroix-type drinks, Tea Packets, K-Cups (coffee)
Granola Bars, Trail Mix, Popcorn, Chips, Crackers
Chocolate, Cookies, Candy, Snack Cakes
Beef Jerky, Cup-O-Noodle Soup
Any other kinds of snacks you can think of, chances are someone will LOVE it!
