Holy Name will have an eLearning Day on Monday, April 8, due to the Solar Eclipse.

Enrollment for current families is now open! We ask that you enroll early for the coming school year. This not only secures your child's seat in his/her grade level, but also allows us to plan for staffing. We have several grade levels that we anticipate will fill quickly after we open enrollment to new families on February 1.

There are two things needed to consider enrollment complete:

1. Enrollment Form- Complete the below Google Form. Please complete a separate form for each child.

2. Registration Fee- This can be paid in the office with cash, check, or card. You can also pay with a card over the phone. Register early, by January 31, to take advantage of the discounted registration fee of $100/family. Beginning February 1, the fee will increase to $150/family.

Track & Field Notice of Registration and Parent Meeting

Wednesday, February 28th 6:00pm – Apostles Room/St. Jude Gym

Holy Name Students/Parishioners are invited to join with St. Jude again this year to participate in Track & Field.

Track & Field is open to all 3rd through 8th grade boys and girls. If you cannot attend the meeting, you can request the information to be emailed or stop by and pick up the information from 5:30pm -7:00pm. Practices are every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as well as some Fridays on the Roncalli track. We have no required practice attendance. Everyone is welcome to attend practice as your schedule permits. If you are not a runner, we have several Field Events.

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN ON THE CYO WEBSITE - Fee is $65.00/$20.00 for 3rd Graders.

When registering you will need to do a dual school registration. The St. Jude code is 189SJS-IN.

The 1st practice will be Monday, March 4th.

If you are looking for a way to give back or get involved with the school or athletics, this is an easy and generous way to give back! Your 8th grade or high school student may volunteer and earn service hours, or your 8th grade students or parents can earn credit towards their 8th grade trip!

Our UNO Tournament was a blast! We had a 3 way tie with the contestants winning one or more round, and only holding cumulative total of “4” cards after 4 rounds of UNO.

Class of 2028 Royals--have you completed your application for admission yet? Scheduling for your class began this week, so you will want to complete this step ASAP. The application can be found at https://roncalli.schooladminonline.com/users/sign_in.

Once the application is complete, please continue through the checklist items in the Parent Portal. Once all checklist items are complete, Allie Ross, director of admissions and marketing, will email you with appointment times for scheduling courses. As a future Royal parent, have you ever wondered what a typical day at Roncalli is like? Now is your chance to get a glimpse of what it's like to be a Roncalli Royal! Join us for a Parent Shadow Day on Wednesday, February 21 from 7:30-11 AM. This is open to parents of any future Royals...not just 8th grade parents. If you'd like to join us for Eucharistic Adoration that morning, it will take place from 7-7:25 AM in our Chapel. It is the perfect way to start your day, and an experience not to be missed!

We will start our official day with a light breakfast and talks in our Student Life Center, where you will hear from Kevin Banich (Principal), Katie Hibner (Director of Campus Ministry), Michael Wantz (Assistant Principal for Student Life) and current Roncalli students. From there, we will take a tour of the school, where you will get the opportunity to see some of our teachers in action. Roncalli Wrestling Camp February 2024

This clinic is taking the place of the annual summer camp.

Do you have some time to spare and want to spend it helping your community?? We have some fun opportunities for you!!

Even if you only have an hour, your help will be greatly appreciated!

Anytime Wednesdays 12-7pm serving in the food pantry. From repackaging food to cooking meals for 300 to greeting guests to serving and cleaning up. We need more friends to help us meet the need.

Fridays at our pop up pantry: 3-6pm; unloading and setting up food and greeting guests
