Cafe O'Yea
The Wellness Committee has invited Heathcorp for a Cafe O'Yea on Wednesday, January 17th from 12-12:30pm. To align with the wellness theme of “Spark to Serve” and getting students involved in community service, they’ll be having students decorate a card and/or writing a short, positive message. They’ll collect all the cards across the different schools they go to and send them to their contacts to pass along to the VA Hospital and/or a care home for the elderly. They will provide all the supplies and materials needed for the activity.
Campus Highlight
Tech Exploration began last week. Students discussed where they see coding in their world and began building their robots. Thank you to ASB students, Tvisha, Lillian, and Mark, for helping out with the class.
Community Events
Amanda and Julia are starring in the theatrical performance of Anastasia in February under Greene Tree Theater. All are welcome. It's donation only at the door, which helps cover the costs of the sets and costumes.
