BHA Weekly Update

Assalamu Alaikum, Dear Families,

We want to thank everyone who came to the open house on Saturday. The updates will be shared with everyone in the coming weeks.

Alhumdulillah, we are now in the last week of school. The award ceremonies are spread out throughout the week for everyone's convenience. We hope to see all our families at the various events and celebrations, insha'Allah!

Please find below the bus interest form for next year and respond if you are hoping for service next year. This information is crucial for planning.

Congratulations to all our young investigators who participated in the elementary science fair! The future is bright with such enterprising and motivated kids, masha'Allah.

Make sure to pick up your amazing project boards and other materials from the CC office by Wednesday, June 14. Anything not picked up will have to be discarded.

AG students receiving awards were notified by email last week. Everyone is welcome to attend the Awards Ceremony, but please be aware that not all students are receiving an award.

Wednesday, June 14th

3rd & 4th Grade- 8:30 am-9:30 am

1st & 2nd Grade- 10:00 am-11:30 am

The event will take place in the CC multipurpose room. We hope to see you there, insha'Allah!

Friday, June 16, 8:30 am.

Promotion ceremony is by invitation only! 8th grade students were sent tickets this week to invite family members to their promotion.

Jazakum Allahu khairan to all students and parents for picking up their gowns and caps last week. Students who have yet to pick up their gowns need to make an appointment with the office to do so. Please email Ms. Saba.

Graduation ceremony attendance is by invitation only!

Families of our first ever graduating class were sent invitations last week, alhumdulillah!

We thank Allah SWT for allowing us to reach this milestone and pray for the success of all our students. May Allah use this school to further His deen and produce strong and successful Muslims. Aameen.

Jumpers are available at a special discounted price of $30. There will be a table set up BEFORE & AFTER the middle and high school awards ceremony, and one at CC at the elementary awards ceremony.

You may also contact the office staff to make appointments on an alternate day.

• Minimum day schedule all week; 12:00 pm dismissal for students attending school, including Friday.
• Students attending awards or promotion/graduation ceremonies with their parents may leave afterwards.
• 4th and 5th Grade will be dismissed at 12:15 PM. Students must be dropped off and picked up from their classrooms.

• If a child's grade is not participating in an event that day, then class will dismiss at 12:15.
• Children may leave with parents when attending any events; otherwise coordinate with their teacher so they remain in their respective classrooms until dismissal.
• Look for specific instructions from your homeroom teachers.
• No after-school program or bus service, so please plan accordingly.

All items not picked up by WEDNESDAY, June 14, will be donated.

We intend to offer a bus service next year, insha'Allah. In order to do this, we must gauge the level of interest from our community. If you plan on using the service, please complete the link below. Your responses will determine the need for a bus and help us finalize the logistics. Please complete the Google Form by July 15 at the latest.

Don't forget that the 3rd, 4th and 5th grades will be located at the AG campus next year.

• EARLY DISMISSAL--therefore no HOT LUNCH.
• CC After School Program was also finished last week. Please pick up students up at the early dismissal times.
