End of Year Device Collection- All Students

To ensure the new bond is appropriately distributed, Austin ISD must conduct a physical inventory of everything that it has provided to students between 2020 and now.

Before the end of the school year, the district is requiring that all students must turn in any Austin ISD devices, hotspots, chargers, and/or cases in to Mills Elementary School.

All devices will be disabled/locked on Thursday May 25 at 5:00 PM.

Classroom teachers will be collecting the devices according to the following schedule:

Pre-K: Collected Tuesday May 16

Kindergarten: Collected Wednesday May 17

First Grade: Collected Thursday May 18

Second Grade: Collected Friday May 19

Third Grade: Collected Monday May 22

Fourth Grade: Collected Tuesday May 23

Fifth Grade: Collected Wednesday May 24

Families will have an opportunity to request a device for their child to use over the summer. Please see the attached letter for information.
