Week One in the Books
Hello St. Michael- St. Clement Students and Families,
Week one here at STMSTC is officially in the books! We have had an incredible start to the school year. The hallways have been buzzing with excitement as students reconnect with old friends and make new ones. The teachers have been welcoming and supportive, making sure that everyone feels comfortable and ready to learn.
As we wrap up the first week, we can't help but feel a sense of anticipation for the weeks to come. We know that there will be challenges along the way, but we are confident that with the support of our teachers and the unity of our school community, we will overcome them.
Week one at St. Michael St. Clement school has set the tone for an incredible year ahead. We are excited to continue our journey of growth, knowledge, and friendship. Together, we will make this school year one to remember!
Enjoy the upcoming extended weekend!
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp

Student Expectations 2023-2024
"Nobody rises to low expectations”- Calvin Loyd
- Middle school students who have younger sibling's are picked up on the other side
- If you are picking up a middle school student, please be sure to PULL ALL THE WAY DOWN in the loop. This helps alleviate traffic off Linden Ave.
- Park and Pick Up in the corner lot, usually plenty of open spots
- If you arrive early, and there are spots on the street close to the school, it is highly encouraged you park there first, before entering into the circle. This will free up space, and allow more cars to get off of Willow.
****Please be respectful of our School Safety's. They give their time every morning and afternoon to make sure things run as smoothly as they can, given our geographical makeup.
2023-2024 Income Surveys
Please see the attached letter below regarding the 2023-2024 Income Surveys. Please complete the survey no later than September 15th, 2023. It is important that ALL families read the letter, and use the link to fill out the survey.
If you are in need of a paper copy, please contact the office and we will send one home with your student.
First Mass of the Year
- Students are to enter the Church quietly, and kneel before entering their Pew, and bless themselves.
- Students are encouraged to participate in the Mass, sing and respond. Students should remain quiet and reverent otherwise.
- Students who are NOT Catholic, or have NOT received their first Holy Communion should still process in the Communion line, with their arms making an "X" across their chest. Students will receive a blessing instead of communion.
- Once Mass has ended, students will be dismissed, and are to exit the pew, kneel, bless themselves and return to their rooms.
Purple Friday's
Get ready for the upcoming 2023 Ravens season because it's time to embrace Purple Fridays! We invite the entire school community to join us every Friday, unless there's a game scheduled on a Monday or Thursday, in which case we'll have a special Purple Day. Kindly follow these guidelines to make the most of this exciting tradition:
- Students are permitted to wear a Ravens Jersey, T-Shirt, Hoodie, or Jacket in place of their school uniform polo/shirt.
- Students are permitted to wear a plain Purple T-Shirt or Hoodie in place of their school uniform polo/shirt.
- Being good sports, if you are not a fan of the Ravens, another teams Jersey, Hoodie, or T-Shirt will be permitted in place of their school uniform polo/shirt.
- Everything else is Friday uniform as usual.
Our first Purple Friday will be September 8th, 2023
