While we take a break this summer for rest and relaxation, our staff is always preparing for the next year. Our school wants to bring in more diverse and inclusive books to the library and classrooms, so we are raising money over the summer to purchase 500 books by the start of school in September. The Beaverton Education Foundation is giving us a boost by matching the first $500 in donations!

Just as Dr. Rudine Sims Bishop encourages us to use books as windows, mirrors, and sliding glass doors to grow our understanding of others and the world, we want that for our children, too. Thank you for your help!

Students who are enrolled in a BSD Camp Achieve program should keep the Chromebook or iPad they’re using and bring it with them to summer school. Students who aren't enrolled in summer school need to turn in their devices so that they can be prepared for August.

All Sato students (including 5th graders) will need to return their Chromebooks and iPads (along with the power cord and stylus on the newer Chromebooks) to Sato on Monday, June 21st between 12:30-3:30. Time slots by last name.

To make it more fun! Students can grab a popsicle when they turn in their device!!

Please look through the lost and found slide deck and submit a request to pick up items that belong to your child.

Any items not collected by Friday June 25th 4:00pm will be donated.
