Mrs. Mary Kercher (Speech Language Pathologist)
Mrs. Kercher has worked in the field of speech-language pathology for over 30 years. She received her undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from Old Dominion University (Norfolk, VA) and her graduate degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of South Alabama (Mobile, AL). In 2020, she and her husband moved to the Suwanee area to be near their two grown sons, Brock and Graham. Since that time, she has continued to enjoy her work of building communicative confidence in children, creating interactive communication books, and furthering her personal study, especially in the areas of gestalt language processing, child-led therapy, apraxia and literacy-based language intervention. She and her husband Bill are thrilled to be near their sons and extended family, treasuring every moment with them. We are so happy to Mrs. Kercher full-time at Suwanee ES!
Ms. Aubrie McKee (Speech Language Pathologist)
This is Ms. McKee's 10th year as a Speech-Language Pathologist for GCPS and 5th year at Suwanee Elementary School. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of West Georgia and obtained her Master’s degree from California State University, Northridge. She has two children, Weston and Gavin, 10-year-old twin boys. Ms. McKee shares, "I have a heart for helping my students feel valued, supported, and included all while helping them to communicate more effectively, advocate for their wants and needs, and overcome their communication challenges".
