Diocesan Young Adult Mass: Nov. 3
In this first year of the Eucharistic Revival and ahead of National Vocations Awareness Week, young adults from across the Diocese of Rochester are invited to the Be A Witness Diocesan Young Adult Mass on Thursday, November 3 at Sacred Heart Cathedral. The evening will be a great opportunity to ponder how to witness to the Christ we receive in the Eucharist while living out one's vocation. The Mass will be celebrated by Bishop Matano and Father Peter VanLieshout will be the homilist. The evening will also include Adoration, food trucks, and fellowship. More details will be shared in the coming months. To register for the gathering, click here. For more information, email Mark at Mark.Capellazzi@dor.org.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Our High School Retreats, entitled Source and Summit, have been scheduled for March 4, 2023. One will be in the Southern Tier at St. Catherine of Siena, Ithaca and one will be in Monroe County at Our Mother of Sorrows in Greece. These retreats designed around the Eucharistic Revival will be open to youth from all parishes in the diocese and will be staffed by two retreat teams. If you have a heart for the young people of our diocese and would like to help create a special day that connects them to the love of Jesus Christ, through the Eucharist, please consider joining our Southern or Northern Diocesan Retreat Teams! We will train, prepare and provide you with all that is needed! Please contact Leslie.Barkin@dor.org or Mark.Capellazzi@dor.org in the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis.
Send Events to Our Diocesan Calendar
PARISH STAFF: Please share any events that are offered to the public with our staff at the Office of Evangelization and Catechesis and we will put them on our Diocesan Eucharistic Revival Events page! We look forward to sharing this movement with you!
