Dear Families,
This week our school came together for our community meeting. It was great to have everyone together. We spent time talking about what a community meeting is and what it means to be an audience. We read the story, Our School is a Family by Shannon Olsen & Sandie Sonke. We also introduced our new SPIRIT tickets which will be given out when an adult in the school sees a student showing one of our core values. Once the students have earned 100 SPIRIT tickets, we will vote on a school spirit day!
Reminder that this Thursday is a half day for students as our staff will be engaging in professional development.
Wishing you a great weekend!
Best,
Melissa
