Message from our Health Team
Health Room Reminders: If your child needs medication during the school day, it needs to be given by a parent or health room staff. Please DO NOT send medication for your child to self-administer. This is very dangerous for all students in our building. If you need the medication form, here it is: https://www.hcpss.org/f/aboutus/medform_physorder.pdf
Also, if you receive a vision and hearing referral letter, please email or call the health room and let us know what follow-up has been done for your child. Thanks!
