Wattles Park Elementary is again partnering with Harper Creek High School's National Honor Society to provide holiday gift items for families in the Harper Creek community. We ask families to consider donating one item from the list below. Gifts will be collected December 12th and on the morning of December 13th. Early Winter Arrival
With winter temperatures already here, and a little of the white stuff on the ground, it's important that kids have appropriate winter gear at school to go outside. Please label coats, hats, mittens and gloves with a permanent marker in case these items get lost at school. Our office does not loan out winter clothing, so it's important that students come to school with these items. Please see the Charitable Union article below if you need assistance getting these items.
Charitable Union Coat Drive
Wattles Park is collecting new and gently used coats, snow pants, and boots for the Charitable Union. The Charitable Union provides no cost winter gear to families that qualify for Bridge Cards, WIC or Medicaid. Please bring a photo ID for the adults and social security cards for everyone that would be shopping.
Birthday Message on the WPE Sign
Parents can pay $5 and put their child's birthday on the electronic sign in the front of the school.
