Students: Our Helpdesk team and Curbside Tech Support team can help provide support for Chromebook repairs, hotspot requests, and system support. If you can't access your teacher's course, virtual meeting, or curriculum, please reach out to your teacher first so that they can help you troubleshoot.
ITS Updates
WebEx
Staff can start using the Webex calling feature. You can CLICK HERE to see instructions on how to create your account.
Hapara Teacher Dashboard
Your new rosters have been loaded into Hapara. You can login to see and manage your classes HERE.
TCI - Social Studies
For elementary students and teachers, your accounts for TCI can be accessed through Clever. Teacher training will take place during our upcoming PD days.

WebEx Meetings
We will be offering opportunities for Webex training during the upcoming PD days. Please be sure to take a look at the agenda at gopusd.com/pdday. Below is some helpful information around the various ways you can access and use Webex Meetings with your students.
Personal Meeting Room (Not Recommended to use with Students)
- For short term use with students
- Easy to remember URL
- Good for staff collaboration
- Management features are limited, more of a collaborative space for staff
- You are able to lock the room to prevent drop-ins
Webex Meetings (pusd.webex.com) (Not Recommended to use with Students)
- Obtain a unique link to share with students
- Disable unwanted features (chat, notes, participants view, etc.)
- Links to your calendar
Canvas Webex Integration (Best Practice for Classroom Use)
- Provides a link in Canvas
- Enables Office Hours
- Captures attendance within Canvas
- Add recording automatically after the Meeting is over
- Is a secure link posted and shared within Canvas
