Fire Prevention Night
Fire Prevention Night was a success! Thank you to the Muscle Shoals Fire Department for hosting an awesome event filled with fun activities to raise fire safety awareness. Always remember… Cooking safety starts with you.
Mighty League Baseball Season
This Mighty League baseball season was one for the books. All athletes and teams played hard throughout the fall season. They even got some pretty cool rings to bring their games to a close. We’re so excited for what the next year's teams will bring. Great job everyone!
MSHS Homecoming Parade
We had so much fun at the Muscle Shoals High School Homecoming Parade. Happy Homecoming, and Go Trojans!
Think Pink!
When does City Hall pass up a good selfie? Never! Especially not when its in support of a good cause. We loved getting to represent our Breast Cancer Awareness shirts from the Muscle Shoals Fire Department.
Flag Ceremony
On October 25th, we celebrated a memorial act as we proudly flew the flag gifted to us by Congressman Aderholt in commemoration of our Centennial. We extend our gratitude to Congressman Aderholt for acknowledging our milestone and reading the Congressional Record on the floor of the House of Representatives. Furthermore, we would like to express our appreciation to Jeremy Behel and Adam Rainey, along with the Muscle Shoals Police Department and Muscle Shoals Fire Department for their support and involvement on this day. Let us continue celebrating our Centennial throughout the entire year!
Trunk or Treat
Our first ever Trunk or Treat was so much fun. Thank you to the city departments and employees, all the food trucks, The Fairy Hair Pop Up, and those who attended. We want to congratulate MSPR on winning “Best Trunk”. We love doing things with our community, and we hope you love it too. It was so much fun seeing all the costumes and showing Hocus Pocus to end the night. We’re already looking forward to next year! But beware... of a picture overload below.
Career Day
The employees enjoyed getting to show these students what a day in their life looks like. The students were able to choose and job shadow the department/position that interests them the most. We appreciate everyone for their participation and want to give a special thanks to Career Coach Amy Dodson for coordinating this time and providing the students with an opportunity to learn about multiple careers as it is essential for their futures.
