FCCLA VOTING DELEGATE PACKET
VOTING DELEGATE INFORMATION
Voting Delegates – each Chapter has one voting delegate. Delegate responsibilities include:
- read the descriptions of Indiana FCCLA’s eleven state offices,
- read the information sheets of all eleven State Officer Candidates,
- watch the eleven 3-minute videos,
- participate in the Round Robin on April 12, 5:00 PM and cast a “straw” ballot, and
- attend the business meeting on April 13, 7:30 PM and cast your chapter’s final vote to approve the slate of 2021-2022 State Officers.
Voting Delegate Registration
You must register your voting delegate prior to Monday, April 12, 2021. The delegates will be sent a zoom link for the meeting.

APRIL 12, 2021 5:00 PM ZOOM MEETING TO MEET THE CANDIDATES
- Meet all 11 SOCs. Each candidate will deliver a 1-minute motivational speech.
- Round Robin – chance for small groups of delegates to visit with each SOC in Zoom breakout rooms.
- Straw ballot – each delegate will have the opportunity to share your opinion about which SOC should have which office.
APRIL 13, 2021 7:30 PM INDIANA FCCLA ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING ON ZOOM
1. Represent your chapter at the state business meeting.
2. Arrive 15 minutes early for attendance.
3. Final ballot - vote for the slate of 2021-2022 state officers.
