Q) What do you look for in a job seeker during an interview?

A)During an interview, I don’t just go off the information listed on their resume. I try to get to know something about them, and to see if they are curious person. This helps me establish a personal connection with them while keeping communication easy and productive.

Q) What are some of the key value propositions of your brand which employees need to reflect?

A)Our employees reflect the products that come out of Uneeda. Our main objective is to make sure that our customers achieve the best results possible. Uneeda is a company that wants to hire the best people to create the best products with a customer first attitude.

Q) What are some of the paths for a candidate to grow with Uneeda?

A)There is a lot of room for growth at Uneeda Enterprizes, Inc. We are a family-owned business, and we take pride in giving our employees the chance to grow. We watched an employee come through the door as an entry level machine operator and move their way up to a production manager.
