Jaguar Journal
December 2022
Dear Jepson Families,
One of our main goals at our school is for all students to be involved in campus life and connected to our school in positive ways. Students can get involved by participating in a variety of clubs and sports as well as by enjoying fun activities organized by our outstanding Leadership students. Students learn about our campus and upcoming activities through a student-produced video each Monday and daily morning announcements. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help your child get involved.
We hope the holiday season brings you joy and opportunities to share special moments with family and friends.
Go Jags,
Tom McHale, Principal
Joe Cooney, Assistant Principal
Jackie Carmona, Dean of Learning Support

Counseling Cares
Hello families,
The counseling office is a place where many students visit for various needs - scheduling, anxiety, peer conflict, grades, etc. One of our goals this year has been to create a wellness room for our students to access when they need time to decompress and focus on mental wellness. We have many needs to help get our wellness center up and running. If you are able to donate, please consider donating from our wishlist.

Fall Sports Banquet
Our Jepson student athletes enjoyed undefeated championship seasons in Boys and Girls Cross Country, Volleyball, and Flag Football. Our students’ success, and the lifelong skills and friendships they gained, would not have been possible without the outstanding leadership of Athletic Director Chris Marino and our dedicated and talented coaches: Luis Velasquez and Jeff Maghoney (Cross Country), Tony Delgado and Clint Birch (Flag Football) and Tammy Campbell (Volleyball). Congratulations Jaguars!
Egg Drop, 8th grade Science
Mr. Lee, Mr. Rivera Cruz, and Ms. Veenstra and their science students enjoyed an exciting event where students put their knowledge of physics and creativity to the test. Well done!
