It's a Great Day to be a Dolphin!
We had a fantastic day with your Dolphins and are so thankful to have them as part of the Daffodil pod. Smiles were abundant on the faces of both students and staff. Thank you for entrusting your precious children to us! Let us know if we can assist you in any way as the year gets off to a start.
Drop Off and Pick Up
Thank you for your patience as we train families and new Dolphins on our drop off and pick up routines. We know by the end of the week we will be back to running smooth systems as kids, parents and staff learn each Dolphin's routine. Our normal routine is all kids are dismissed by 3:25. Today we were at 3:35 and know that's a first day hiccup that will smooth out.
No access to building at morning drop off. We are so sorry you are not able to walk children into the building at morning drop off. As we enhance safety protocols we have really tightened systems across the district and ask that you part ways with your student at the front doors. We need you to be our partners in ensuring a high level of safety and this is one way you can help. We want your experience at Daffodil to be a positive, welcoming one and understand this routine doesn't lend itself to that for parents who want to assist in the morning transition. We appreciate your help with this and know we all want school to do everything it can to keep our kids safe.
