Dear Students and Families,
We are so excited about our FREE Summer program!
This program is geared towards rising 9th graders, for 2 week. You will need to choose the groups. Group A (July 5th - July 14th ) or Group B (July 17th - July 28th) . Team building, tours, and activities are designed to help new highschoolers make the transition from middle school to High School.
Time and Location:
9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Framingham High School
We will provide all supplies necessary for students, transportation, breakfast from 9:00 am to 9:30 and lunch.
A lottery will determine enrollment, if there are more sign-ups than available seats for a particular program.
Registration will be open from March 27th to May, 1st, 2023
You will receive a confirmation email : by May,8th
Bus Assignment: by June,26th (or as soon transportation make those available)
Disclaimer: if plans have changed or your child cannot attend, please let us know because we have a waiting list. We would love to extend the opportunity.
For those who do not make it through the lottery, we will place you on a waitlist.

Please register only for one option:
July 5th - July 14th - Group A
July 17th - July 28th - Group B
- students should bring their summer reading book to school with them. If they do not have one they will select one while in the program.
- students should bring their chromebooks and chargers with them.
Medication Drop Off
During the first week of programming, our summer nurses will be collecting student medications. The school is open between 9 AM-3 PM for drop offs. For directions once inside please check-in at the front desk. Please coordinate with the nurses for pick up instructions.
TRANSPORTATION
UPDATE: 06/12 - Moving forward, if you need transportation, you will be added to the waiting list. However, it is not guaranteed that we will have a bus available.
Students and parents will receive their bus information individually.
DROP OFF (9:00 am) AND PICK UP (2:45 to 3:00 pm) - Door 3 (Close to Auditorium Door)

COVID POLICY
We will follow the same procedure recommended for the Framingham Public School
Parents should remind their children daily of the importance of immediately reporting to staff any symptoms which begin while participating in our programs.
Families who report suspected coronavirus symptoms should make every effort to be tested for the virus within 24 hours and should not return to programming until they receive positive confirmation of a negative COVID-19 test and their original symptoms have subsided.
Any child who tests positive for COVID-19 should remain at home in isolation and/or follow the medical advice of their physician with regards to self-care or supportive care to treat and manage their symptoms.
A call home might also be warranted if a child begins to show 2 or more symptoms of the following: cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking w/chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or loss of taste and smell. I
