SOLUTION FOR CLEVER & HMH LOGIN ISSUES
We utilize the Google Single Sign-On tool for access to HMH apps. As such, our scholars and parents often run into conflicts with personal Gmail/Google accounts.
To avoid this please download the Clever extension. This add-on is required for the single sign-on to function properly.
For Families: Installing the Clever Browser Extension
https://support.clever.com/hc/s/articles/360046857272?language=en_US
For scholars to access the HMH products at home, it is very important that the parent log out of their (or anyone else who is sign in) personal Gmail accounts before their child logs into Clever.
Then access https://clever.franklin-academy.org with either a Clever badge or the Franklin-provided student username/password.
PAPER ACADEMIC SUPPORT-GRADES 5-8
PAPER: FRANKLIN ACADEMY'S NEWEST ONLINE TUTORING SUPPORT
FOR SCHOLARS IN GRADES 5-8.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES
Cell phones must be turned off and in backpacks at all times while scholars are on campus. In addition, smartwatches are not permitted to be worn during school hours. They must be left in backpacks while on campus.
CONDUCT SCORES
Each week, your K-8 scholar will receive a weekly conduct score to open the line of communication between home and school. This information will help you have meaningful conversations with your scholar and their teacher about their conduct. Conduct scores do NOT carry a grade weight or any value toward final grade calculations.
Conduct scores can be viewed in PowerSchool after 5PM on Fridays!
Here is where to view your scholar's conduct score(s):
Grades K-3: Log into PowerSchool and click on Homeroom for Q4.
Grades 4-8: Log into PowerSchool and click on each class for Q4.
