Aeries
As part of the preparations for the 2021-22 data roll over process, the entire Aeries system will be temporarily TAKEN OFFLINE - FRIDAY 7/23/20 at 3:00 PM. All student data will be temporarily unavailable during this time.
The new 2021-22 Aeries database will be AVAILABLE - WEDNESDAY, JULY 28th, 2021 This scheduled downtime applies to ALL Aeries user portals: admin, teacher, and parent/student.
Canvas
Canvas is our PUSD Learning Management System (LMS) and will continue to be available in the upcoming year. If you would like to transfer information from last year's courses into your future courses, please view the videos below on How to View Past Enrollments and How to Import Content Into a Sandbox.
Clever
Students will have access to Clever application throughout the summer. Some of the curricular applications might be temporarily available once we begin to prepare rosters for the 2021-22 school year starting on July 25th.
ITS Ticket System
If you need support with your accounts or devices provided by PUSD, be sure to submit a support ticket by visiting gopusd.com/helpdesk. We anticipate that there will be a heightened need for support when school starts, so be sure to submit tickets for support ASAP.
