What Is a Grand Opening Celebration?
Guests are coming to celebrate you and your new business! Your Grand Opening can be virtually on zoom or in person (when we are able to get together in person again)! The focus is on the products and on getting orders and referrals. The business is explained so that your guests know what you are up to, to be comfortable making referrals. They may also choose to join you !
(If you wish to have your Grand Opening via a Facebook Party instead, discuss with your Arbonne mentor.)
TYPES OF GRAND OPENINGS
Purpose of a Grand Opening to launch your business:
• To celebrate you
• To set your business into momentum!
• To teach you how.
• To introduce your network
• To find business builders, clients and prospects!!!!

Preparing for Your Grand Opening Celebration Party Virtual or Live- SEVEN STEPS
1. Choose the Dates
Pick 2 to 4 dates within 2-3 weeks of signing up and make a guest list of everyone you know! It's hard to say "I love you but I'm not available any of those dates!"
2. Review Your 100 Names List
3. Invite Guests (Personal Phone Calls, Texts, Emails or PMs)
• Call or message everyone to personally invite them. (Don’t do an invite blast through Facebook.)
• Keep it simple without details.
• Express your excitement and nervousness, be truthful, explain how it would really mean a lot to your to have their friendly face in the audience for support.
• YES they can bring their friends; the more the merrier!
SAMPLE SCRIPT: (Consider doing a voice memo so they can hear your excitement!)
“Hey Mary it’s Amy. So excited to tell you that I have started a new Health and Wellness business! I am hosting a 30 minute Grand Opening on zoom on [give dates and times] It would mean the world to me if you and (spouse) could come and support me! The link is: [Give Link] Which would work best for you?"IF NONE OF THE DATES WORK:
"That’s ok! Let’s find a time for you and I to hop on zoom so I can practice sharing what I’m up to. I would really appreciate your help and it would be nice to have a quick catch up. How about [give 2 choices that you know work with your and your sponsor's schedule]?IF THEY ASK FOR MORE INFORMATION:
"I can't wait for you to find out all about it at my Grand Opening. If I tell you all about it now, you won't need to be there and can't wait to see you and for you to be a part of the festivities! Which day can you come?"IF THEY ASK YOU THE COMPANY NAME:
Say very confidently that it's Arbonne.IF THEY THEN SAY THEY KNOW ABOUT ARBONNE AND DON'T NEED TO COME:
"Come anyway just to support me and not buy anything. Your support means the world to me."(Note: If you are calling and get voicemail, say “Hey it's Amy. How are you? Listen I need to talk to you! Call me back! I’m having a little virtual gathering and I want to see you there! My number is --****. Talk to you soon! Bye!”)
4. Make Follow-Up Texts (or calls)

Text 1: Free (date of first grand opening)?
If "yes" text 2: Great! Holding a grand opening for my new business. Come support me! Will be fun!
If "no" text 2: How about (date of second grand opening)?
If "yes" text 3: Great! Holding a grand opening for my new business. Come support me! Will be fun!
THEN TEXT ADDRESS. MAKE SURE THEY CONFIRM
IF THEY ASK FOR DETAILS CALL THEM AND FOLLOW SCRIPTS ABOVE!
Do so 24 – 48 hours before each event. Do this to confirm your Yesses and Maybes. The easiest is just to text "So excited to see you tomorrow at my Grand Opening!" Then text time and zoom link.
5. Have Materials Ready
Wellness Profile You will message this to all your guests before the Grand Opening.Ask them to print it, Fill it out ,take a photo and message you back. If they don.t have a printer ask them to just text you with their interests/concerns.

Remember at your Grand Opening you will share with your guests "why" you have chosen to start your Arbonne business.

Whichever script you use, introduce it with this Launch Intro Script
You can begin your event with an Icebreaker Game called "Left Right" where you pass a wrapped Arbonne gift around while reading this script. Whoever ends up with the gift gets to keep it.
7. PRINT MATERIALS AND HAVE SUPPLIES READY

PREPARING FOR YOUR DREAM TEAM MEETING- Virtual or Live
Process at a Dream Team Meeting
1. Congregate in an area where you can see the DA on a television, or do Meeting on Zoom
2. You give your Three Minute Story
3. You tell each person why you specifically chose them to partner with you in your business.
4. Your upline gives their WHY and does the DA.
5. Have pre-filled Contact Form that they sent you printed out to find out your guests' interest.
6. Guests can try product.

8. Follow-up sessions are set. (If anyone is ready to join on the spot, sign them up!)

IF IN PERSON:

f) Clip boards or a hard surface for people to write on when they fill out wellness profiles (The catalogues can be used for this)
g) Business cards
6. PREPARE CATALOGUES/LOOK BOOKS (for in person Dream Team Meetings)
Have 10 catalogues ready! You may wish to add a label with your name and Arbonne ID. You also may wish to write "Ask me how to get 20% to 80% off!"
7. SHOP FOR REFRESHMENTS (for in person Dream Team Meetings):
A day or 2 before your grand opening go shopping. Keep snacks minimal and low key. Eating is not the focus of this event. (i.e. 3 bowls: pretzels for salty, wine gums for sweet, grapes for healthy.) Offer Arbonne’s Fizz Tabs to drink, as well as water. We do not recommend having the guests drink alcohol. People get flushed and then may blame the products for their flushing. You may wish to have enough wine for a small toast. Or alcohol could be given out after the presentation.
8. PREPARE TESTER TOTES.
- Label the DERMRESULTS ADVANCED bottles with the step stickers. (Get these from your sponsor.)
- Prime the pumps.
- Prepare the night cream in small sample jars.
- Print and laminate instructions and place all in a gold bag. (Or your sponsor will provide you with already printed cards.)
- Place tester stickers on the other products.
- Place the gold bag, and Is Arbonne for you flyer , in an Arbonne carrying bag. Add other sample products such as protein packs and a hand creams.
- Depending on who your prospect is, you may wish to lend out different products, such as a different facial system or a full fit kit.
